How to optimise your ParentMail routine
Parent Push is a personal assistant for school updates - actually important to you.
Choose a few school updates to watch for, such as “school trip”, “consent” or a club name.
Connect your receiving inbox to Parent Push for matching WhatsApp alerts. It cannot check messages that stay only inside ParentMail. Keep using ParentMail for forms and replies.
Less checking between everything else
You stay in charge of replies and bookings. Parent Push helps you notice matching emails.
ParentMail help for parents
Why am I not receiving ParentMail emails?
Check your junk folder and ask school to confirm your email address. Review your ParentMail notification settings. Open ParentMail directly to check for school messages while you sort out missing emails.
Where do I find a form in ParentMail?
Open “Forms” in your ParentMail account. Forms are only available if your school uses that feature. If a form the school mentioned is missing, ask the school to check it was sent to your account.
Can I see a ParentMail form I already answered?
You can view an answered form until its expiry date. If it is no longer shown, ask the school to confirm your answers.
How can I manage school email overload?
Start with one ParentMail message or form. Check its deadline and what you need to do. Parent Push can help you notice chosen topics in emails, but keep checking ParentMail for forms and messages that are not emailed.
Still stuck? Your school office can check missing invitations, children and school payment items.
